reserveurbooking.com and hotcarsdeal.com are independent brands operated by Golden Horizon Travels LLC.
We act solely as a booking facilitator for travel-related services, including:
- Car rentals
- Hotel bookings
- RV / motorhome rentals
We do not own, operate, or control any third-party service providers. All bookings are fulfilled directly by independent suppliers, and your contract is with the respective service provider.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
3. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the supplier
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking
- Prices are not guaranteed until booking confirmation
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to:
- Pricing errors
- Technical issues
- Suspected fraud
4. Service Fees
Golden Horizon Travels LLC may charge a service/convenience fee for facilitating bookings. These fees are:
- Non-refundable
- Applicable even in case of cancellation or modification
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies are set by the service provider
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed as per supplier policies
- We do not guarantee any refund
- Service fees and processing charges are non-refundable
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (CRITICAL CLAUSE)
By completing a booking, you agree:
- Not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes
- To contact our support team for resolution before initiating disputes
- That we may provide transaction records, IP logs, communication history, and booking confirmations to payment processors
Any fraudulent or abusive chargeback may result in:
- Denial of future services
- Legal action where applicable
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Carry valid ID, driver’s license, and travel documents
- Comply with supplier terms, including:
- Security deposits
- Rental policies
- Hotel check-in requirements
8. Supplier Responsibility Disclaimer
All services are provided by independent third-party suppliers. Golden Horizon Travels LLC is not responsible for:
- Service quality
- Delays, cancellations, or overbookings
- Vehicle condition or hotel standards
- Supplier actions, errors, or negligence
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Horizon Travels LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of income, business, or opportunity
- Travel disruptions or supplier-related failures
10. Fraud Prevention & Verification
We reserve the right to:
- Request identity verification
- Cancel or refuse suspicious bookings
- Block transactions flagged as high-risk
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including: Natural disasters, Government restrictions, Strikes or system failures.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by Golden Horizon Travels LLC and protected by applicable copyright laws.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New York.
